So it was not only St. Patrick’s day weekend but my brothers birthday so I decided to make a green cake! So almost everything that is made in Yumeiro Patissiere looks amazing. There is a good portion of the desserts that use some more advance techniques. Sugar sculptures aren’t easy and I would like to take a class first. So I’m doing an easy recipe. It’s green tea cake with a green tea frosting, and red bean paste.
